We are able to do this thanks to the special set-up of our facilities, which allows JAYSON’S to accurately, ensuring production with scheduled timeframes with quality norms.

Our Manufacturing Set Up

Situated in western India – Rajkot, at the heart of Saurashtra, Gujarat – Jay Pumps is a specialist in the manufacture of a broad range of submersible pumps and motors for a variety of applications. We are one of the emerging pump exporters in India.

From our humble beginnings, we have managed to develop one of the most advanced assembly lines for the pumping sector in the world. We are well equipped with some of the most precise and efficient equipment, as well as some of the most highly-trained employees in the industry. Together, this is what makes Jay the global force today, delivering intricate and unique high-quality pumping products. Our computerized testing facilities mean that each and every pump meets the highest of standards. No ifs, no buts; we constantly strive for perfection and continuously deliver quality products.

What this means is that all our products benefit from our advanced fabrication technology. Our in-house teams are also highly focused on the production and design of everything JAY produces, ensuring the best materials and methods are used every step of the way.

PUMP Unit

Set up in the Metoda G.I.D.C   in the Rajkot region of India, our facilities here are responsible for the production of 100% stainless steel submersible pumps and vertical turbine pumps to be exported all over the globe. The unit houses modern plant and various high-tech machinery able to meet the standards of the international market. This means JAYSONS is able to make numerous differences to the products as per design developed. It also ensures JAYSONS can meet international standards and guarantee global customer satisfaction.

In order to ensure every pump is of the highest quality, JAYSONS has installed a computerised testing facility to measure the performance of the pumps produced and match them to the international standard. This means that JAYSONS is always striving to improve operations and its ranking in the global marketplace.

MOTOR UNIT

This particular plant is exclusively used for the manufacturing of submersible motors. It is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment to ensure every submersible 4″,6”,8”,10” and oil filled motor produced is of the highest quality. The equipment housed in this plant is the modern and up-to-date to ensure all 4”, 6″, 8″ and 10″ motors are the most trust worthy in the current market. This motor unit is solely used to produces.

FOUNDRY UNIT

The casting produced is as per ISO quality standards and quality tests are performed at various stages of the process such as sand testing, mold compressive strength, scratch hardness of mold, online carbon equivalent meter, wet analysis, tensile strength, hardness, etc. We give quality reports & certificates with the delivery of product which is a real meaning of the quality control process. Every casting produced at our foundry is subject to a series of quality checks to ensure Total Quality Control as per standards. Statistical methods are employed to create sample batches that are tested for various laid-down process parameters in each stage of production. The parameters are described in the quality plan, which has been designed to meet IS standards. The quality control laboratories at JAYSONS  perform an array of analyses to ensure that the casts do not have structural and compositional deficiencies.

Metallurgical & Chemical Testing:

RUBBER UNIT

Rubber Unit at Metoda is a facility manufacture Rubber Products which is spread across an area of more than 20,000 sq. ft. It has organized and modern facility to store raw material, carry out the entire manufacturing process, to store finished goods and to carry out all the quality controls with the help of fully equipped laboratory. Different divisions of the factory are computerized and are connected with a Local Area Network (LAN) for seamless exchange of data and information. Our office and factory is under round the clock Electronic Surveillance System which is regularly monitored.

  • All the Raw Materials received by our company are subject to chemical and physical tests and weighed immediately on receipt.
  • The batches for mixing the Raw Materials are weighed electronically as per the formula decided so that precise quantities are supplied for mixing. Our company uses Dispersion Kneader and Mixing Mills to ensure, the required quality of the rubber compound, to be used in the manufacturing process.
  • The rubber compound is then tested in Rheometer for its curing characteristics and another physical testing is also carried out. There after it goes for the Moulding Process.
  • We use specialized machines to finish the Rubber Products and each and every product manufactured is physically checked to ensure that the Rubber Products delivered is an absolute zero-defect lot.
  • Rubber Products are stored in a separate storage area to protect them same from ultraviolet rays and dusting.

CABLE UNIT:

This cable manufacturing unit is a part of JAYSONS EXPORTS Group, another Company in the group being sister concern is actively involved in offering a wide range of cable products effectively used in submersible pumps. The Cables are manufactured to meet national standard IS: 694-1990 or as per customer’s specification & product requirement. These cables are a prominent solution for submersible pumps in deep wells for drinking water supply, irrigation (Direct Burial), industries, mines, fountains, and so on. As one of the most sought-after submersible cable manufacturers, we manufacture submersible flat & round cables that are designed keeping in mind the market. The PVC Insulated & Sheathed 3 & 4 core flat & round cables manufactured by us are also worth using in electrical connection to the Submersible Pump Motors. The cables are made using bright electrolytic grade copper. We take proper care during the manufacturing process to make sure the highest flexibility and uniform resistance. Our submersible pump cables are highly durable and reasonably priced and available in multiple colors such as red, yellow, and blue. Some of the striking features of our submersible cables are that these cables are having excellent resistance to overload current water, abrasion, moisture, grease, long flex life, oil.

PIPE UNIT

This Company is a part of JAYSONS EXPORTS Group, another Company in the group being sister concern is actively involved in offering a wide range of UPVC column pipes which is effectively used with submersible pumps. Our pipe unit is known for its compromise-free quality and for exceeding consumer’s expectations. This plant incorporates a well-structured framework, combined with state-of-the-art machinery that creates a zero-defect manufacturing process and leak-proof piping systems.
